About Us We have been training clients to carry out first aid and running open first aid courses since 1992 and currently have 18 trainers and assessors working with us.
We are dedicated to customer service. Pat Whitlock, the managing director was responsible for assisting British Airways delivering its high level of customer service as well as Health & Safety, back in the 1980s. It is this customer service and Health & Safety experience and that she brings to the first aid training industry. Our professional first aid training courses are exemplary.
Our style is, “Keep it simple” with usually no medical jargon or long medical terms bringing first aid training within the reach of most people. We believe first aid is about saving lives, not remembering long medical words.
Pat’s responsibility is sales and marketing whilst Alan (training manager) is responsible for the development and quality of the first aid and manual handling training.
Alan is also the author of seven first aid training manuals used by over 600 first aid training companies, of which many are approved by the H.S.E.
